Mark Strauch is the Chairman & Co-Founder at ASG. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to ASG, Mark was the President and CEO of EDC, a financial technology business backed by private equity sponsor Alpine Investors. Mark grew the business and led it to profitability, eventually selling it to Cardtronics (NASDAQ: CATM) for $145MM in July 2011.

Before EDC, Mark served as the President & CEO of Business Engine, where they successfully turned the company around and grew it before selling it in February 2007. Mark got their start in the industry as the Vice President of Business Development at Desktop.com, where they led early days sales and partnership efforts for an integrated web desktop offering. Mark then went on to work as an Associate at Broadview International, LLC before becoming the Director of Materials at Electronic Arts.

Mark Strauch's educational career includes receiving a BS from Lehigh University in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.
