Andreas Rogger

Andreas Rogger currently serves as the CHRO at alpitronic since June 2023. Prior to this role, Andreas held various senior human resources positions, including VP of Human Resources for the Vehicle Electrification Division and Commercial & Marketing at Marelli, and HR Director for Europe & Asia at Nemak Global. At GKN plc, Andreas was Group Director for Leadership, Talent, Resourcing, and Organisational Development, introducing a performance management system recognized by thousands of managers and employees. Other notable roles include leadership positions at GKN Driveline, GKN Sinter Metals, and Fercam S.p.A., where Andreas focused on restructuring, employee engagement, and strategic HR management.
