Iris Steyer

Iris Steyer currently serves as Group General Counsel at Alpitronic since November 2025. Prior to this role, Iris held several significant positions including Vice President of Compliance & Sustainability and Vice President of Compliance at AUTODOC from June 2021 to October 2025, and Compliance Advisor/Attorney-at-Law at compliance desk. from February 2020 to June 2021. Iris's earlier career includes serving as Director of Compliance for EMEA & APAC at Archer Daniels Midland Company from April 2013 to June 2019 and as Head of Compliance at Alfred C. Toepfer International GmbH. Iris also gained experience as Legal Counsel & Antitrust Compliance at tesa SE and worked as a Procurement Specialist at tesa Converting Center GmbH. Iris holds a 1st State Exam in Law from Freie Universität Berlin and completed the 2nd State Exam through the Legal Traineeship at Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht, along with an Artistic Diploma from Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg.
