Project Management

The Project Management team at ALPMA Alpenland Maschinenbau GmbH is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to dairy and food industry machinery. They coordinate between internal divisions and external clients to ensure timely, efficient, and technically proficient project completion. Team members include a Project Manager, who leads the projects; a Servicemanager, who handles post-installation service and maintenance; and a Project Coordinator, who manages schedules, resources, and communication.
