Mathilde Melis is a Senior Process Engineer at Alpro Wevelgem, where they focus on sustainable technologies and innovations. Prior to this role, they served as a Production Engineer at Unilin Panels and a Production Manager at Imerys. Mathilde has also worked as a PhD researcher at Ghent University, specializing in the rheological behavior of oxidic systems, and completed a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from the same institution.
