Matt Collins has extensive experience in military and business development roles. From July 2009 to November 2015, Collins served in various capacities within the Army National Guard, including Training Manager-NCO, a top-recognized recruiter, Marketing NCO, and Operations Lead for the Recruiting and Retention Battalion. After transitioning to civilian roles, Collins worked as a Recruiter for HireMilitary from October 2022 to November 2023, followed by a position as a Veteran Health Care Services Navigator at Volunteers of America from July 2024 to May 2025. Collins also contributed as a CyberMontana Program Training Specialist at the University of Montana in early 2024 and is currently a Business Development Specialist at ALPS Lawyers Malpractice Insurance & Law Firm Insurance since May 2025. Collins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.
