Al_Safina Organization for Culture, Arts, and Psychological Support is based in the village of Balansoura. It was founded in 2021 and officially registered with the Ministry of Social Solidarity under Decision No. 318 of 2025.

We work to spread our vision by providing a safe space for expression, exploration, learning, and empowerment in rural communities through culture and art. Our goal is to create an environment of participation and peace without discrimination, relying on artistic and cultural activities that break barriers and bring community members closer together.
