Richard Simpson

Richard Simpson is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in delivering successful projects across various industries. Currently at Alscient since February 2013, Richard has managed multiple technology implementations, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. Previous roles include managing strategic initiatives at Giles Insurance Brokers, overseeing IT infrastructure upgrades and CRM implementations. Richard also contributed to the establishment of the Next Step Service at the Skills Funding Agency and improved the learndirect Careers Advice Service as both Content Manager and Project Manager. Earlier experience in internet marketing at QAS and Dun & Bradstreet helped shape Richard's strategic approach to online activities. Richard holds a BA HONS in International Business from the University of Lincoln and has furthered education with a BA in International Business Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
