Robert Ruitinga

Robert Ruitinga serves as the Regional General Manager for Alsco Uniforms, overseeing end-to-end performance across the regions of WA, SA, VIC, and TAS, with full P&L responsibility. Previously, Robert held the position of Director of Transformation at Ausgrid, focusing on large-scale transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Customer Experience/Operations at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where Robert led significant customer experience transformations and employee engagement initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. Other notable roles include General Manager of Operational Excellence at TNT and Sales Manager at Vopak, with extensive experience in operations management and strategic account management. Robert Ruitinga holds an M.Phil in International Development from the University of Oxford and dual BSc/MSc degrees in Economics and Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
