Ruby Arya

Ruby Arya has extensive experience in digital transformation and customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of the Digital Transformation Office and Head of Marketing Technology at Alshaya Group since August 2016. Previously, Ruby held roles at Alshaya Group as a Senior Manager for CRM & Digital, Senior Project Manager for Customer Experience, and Manager for Customer Experience and Systems, Processes & Special Projects. Ruby's career began as a Probation Officer at Allahabad Bank from July 2011 to September 2013, followed by a summer internship at M. H. Alshaya Co. Ruby holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, completed in 2016, and a B.Sc.B.Ed from the Regional Institute of Education in Bhopal, India, earned in 2008. Additionally, Ruby pursued studies at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in 2015.
