Tom Johnson

Tom Johnson has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Global Operations at The Cheesecake Factory since July 2018, a position that follows their role as Area Director of Operations. Prior to this, Tom Johnson held various leadership positions at M. H. Alshaya Co. beginning in October 2012, including Operations Manager and General Manager. Earlier in their career, Tom Johnson was the General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from January 2010 to October 2012. Tom Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from San Diego State University from 2002 to 2005.
