Brian Eason

Brian Eason is an experienced professional in the architectural and building products industry, currently serving as Group Vice President at Alside since December 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Southeast Regional Manager at Rugby Architectural Building Products from December 2019 to December 2024. With a strong background at Ferguson Enterprises, Brian served in various leadership roles from January 1997 to December 2019, including Area Manager, where Brian oversaw multiple locations in North Carolina, achieving significant sales and profit growth. Other relevant positions included Area Branch & Operations Manager and District Manager of Training and Career Development, focusing on training and developing employees across the organization. Brian began the career journey at Ferguson in sales positions, both inside and outside, gaining valuable customer service and relationship management skills.
