Jiten Behl is a Partner at Eclipse, passionate about building transformative companies that embrace complexity and leverage technology for sustainable differentiation. Previously, Jiten held key leadership roles at Rivian, including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Growth (Commercial) Officer, where they helped scale the company from around 25 to over 14,000 employees and led a significant commercial organization. Jiten also directed Rivian’s financing rounds, contributing to the company raising over $10 billion and facilitating a notable IPO, as well as managing strategic partnerships, including the one with Amazon. Prior to Rivian, Jiten was a Principal at Roland Berger, advising Fortune 500 firms on corporate strategy and large-scale transformations. Jiten holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from V.T.U, India.
