Andrew Knaggs

Andrew Knaggs is an accomplished executive and legal professional with extensive experience in national security, risk management, and consultancy. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at PACEM Solutions International LLC, Andrew leads a firm that addresses critical challenges for clients globally. In addition, Andrew holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Evolution Metals Corp. and serves as CEO of PACEM Defense LLC, specializing in the production of munitions for law enforcement and defense agencies. As an Adjunct Professor of Law at The George Washington University Law School, Andrew teaches courses related to national security. With a robust legal background as the founder of Knaggs Law PLLC, Andrew has represented technology and national security companies, while previous roles include Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense at the U.S. Department of Defense and Managing Director at Neptune Strategy. Andrew’s educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School.
