Coco Chan

Coco Chan is an experienced professional in engineering and project management with a strong background in planning, control, and design engineering. Currently serving as the Planning and Control Manager at Alstef Group since September 2022, Coco leads essential functions related to time, performance, and resource management. Previous positions include Product Delivery Manager and Engineering Project Coordinator at Daifuku Oceania, and Design Engineer at Hot Water Heat Pumps Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed developing HMI/SCADA control systems, managing product introduction, and overseeing compliance with Australian and New Zealand standards. Coco began the career as a Design Engineer at McNaughton Windows & Doors, focusing on CAD plans and site measurement coordination.
