Adam Smith, CQP MCQI, currently serves as the Site Quality Director for Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) UK&I, where they manage Quality Teams to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards. Previously, they held various roles at Alstom, including Project Quality Safety Manager and Fleet Improvement Manager, focusing on quality assurance and operational excellence in rail projects. Adam's experience also includes working with Bombardier Transportation and British Airways, where they specialized in quality management and aircraft maintenance engineering. They hold multiple qualifications, including a Foundation degree in Management Systems and are a Chartered Member of the Quality Management Institute.
