Andreas Ullrich is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in gas turbine technology and project management. Currently serving as General Manager of Engineering at GE Power Service since January 2014, Andreas leads the Engineering GT Execution Center in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on thermal service for combined cycle power plants. Previously, in a role as Manager of Gas Turbine Product Service, Andreas provided global product support addressing hardware and operational challenges. With a long tenure at ALSTOM since 2003, Andreas has also held the position of General Manager of GT Engineering, specializing in technical sales support and component engineering. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Alstom Power and engineering positions at Daimler Chrysler Aerospace. Andreas holds a degree in engineering from HSB Hochschule Bremen, obtained in 1988.
