Dave Walton

Dave Walton is a qualified and experienced Facilities Manager with 39 years in the Rail Industry. They currently serve as the Senior Site Services Manager at Alstom Transport, overseeing the Facilities Management of seven Traincare Centres on the West Coast Mainline. In this role, Dave has taken ownership of mechanical and electrical installations, compliance with statutory requirements, and delivering infrastructure projects. They hold a Technician Membership with IOSH and a NEBOSH Specialist Diploma in Environmental Management, demonstrating a strong understanding of UK/EU EHS legislation. Prior to retirement in 2020, Dave held the position of Head of Facilities Management at Alstom from 2018 to 2020.
