Diego Silva

Diego Silva holds an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universidade Paulista. They began their career in the railway industry at age 18, accumulating over 14 years of experience, primarily in testing and commissioning roles at Alstom. Currently, Diego is a Serial Test Manager at Alstom Brazil, having previously managed multicultural teams on projects, including the first high-speed train in North America. Their career has spanned multiple countries, including South Africa and the United States, and they are passionate about reading and physical activities.
