Do Binh Bui

Do Binh Bui is an experienced leader in operational excellence, currently serving as the Americas Director for APSYS Rolling Stocks Components at Alstom, where they focus on deploying continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and Short Interval Management. Prior to this role, Do held various positions at PPC Consultants, overseeing significant projects in Asia-Pacific, including Lean Manufacturing initiatives for Schneider Electric and optimization efforts for Danone's operations. Do began their career as a Group Packaging Engineer in Malaysia, specializing in industrial methods and packaging operations. They hold degrees in Packaging & Packing Engineering and Production & Mechanical Engineering from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne and Université de Picardie Jules Verne, respectively.
