Ed Barker

Ed Barker is currently the Bid Director for Rolling Stock at Alstom, where they lead a team in developing competitive bids across the DACH region, achieving over 5 billion euros in order intake to date. Prior to this, Ed held multiple significant roles at Rolls-Royce, including Commercial Officer and Head of Commercial, where they managed substantial commercial activities and led teams through critical negotiations and contract management. Ed's educational background includes a degree in Natural Sciences with a focus on Psychology and Anthropology from Durham University. They have also gained an international perspective from living and working in four countries and fostering relationships with global customers.
