Eric Furter

Eric Furter is currently the Alstom Performance System Director for the Services Product Line, focusing on operations and production management. They have extensive international experience in railway service operations, including roles in supplier quality development and project management across multiple countries such as France, China, and the USA. In previous positions at Alstom, they contributed to embedding continuous improvement and performance culture throughout the organization. Eric holds a Master's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
