Erik Simonson is currently the Manager of Product Development at Bombardier Transportation and serves as the Head of Propulsion Control at Alstom since 2016. Erik has held various roles in engineering and management, including Lead Engineer at Hitachi ABB Power Grids and Project Manager at ABB Robotics. Previously, Erik also worked as a Consultant and IT Administrator at Tritech Technology AB, and briefly as a Master Thesis Student at Siemens Medical Solutions. Erik earned a Master of Science degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they also contributed as a Teacher Assistant.
