Fadi Sami is a project installation manager with over a decade of experience in the rail transport industry, specializing in project management and advanced rail systems deployment. Currently at Alstom, Fadi leads teams and optimizes installation processes while being part of the worldwide Process Improvement Team. Previously, Fadi contributed to significant projects such as the Beni Suef-Asyut modernization and the Cairo Monorail systems.
