Greg Graham possesses extensive experience in training and development within the mining and energy sectors, spanning over four decades. Beginning as a Mechanical Tradesperson and Foreman from 1979 to 1989, Greg has held various prominent roles, including Project Manager for Rio Tinto’s Energy Learning Initiative in Mozambique and Head of Training at Newcrest Mining. Other significant positions include Manager of Training and Development at Barrick Gold, Training Superintendent at Kaltim Prima Coal, and General Superintendent of Training at PT Freeport Indonesia. Recently, Greg has served as Senior Training Consultant at Xenco and is currently the Senior Manager of Training and Development (acting) at Queensland Rail. Educational qualifications include a Vehicle Mechanic certification from the Army Apprentice School Balcombe and a Bachelor of Adult and Vocational Education from the University of South Australia.
