Hainan MA has extensive experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management within the engineering sector, primarily at Alstom from 2011 to 2025. Roles included China EHS Manager, APAC Services EHS Referent, and EHS Supervisor, focusing on the implementation of EHS standards and procedures in line with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Previous positions at SEC Alstom (Shanghai) Transformers Co., Ltd., and SEC Alstom (Wuhan) Transformers Co., Ltd. further solidified expertise in EHS practices. Hainan MA holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2012.
