Ingemar Eldblom has extensive experience in project management and technical expertise, particularly in the fields of electrical measurement, mechanical systems, and software development. From March 1999 to March 2003, Ingemar worked at Xylem Inc. as an electrical measurements and sensor expert, followed by a role as a Senior Project Manager overseeing product development processes for new pumps and mixers. After a brief period of unemployment, Ingemar joined AlfaWall in September 2020 as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on the development of the PureBallast system for ballast water treatment. Currently, Ingemar serves as the Project Quality and Safety Manager at Alstom since March 2023, ensuring quality standards for train signaling system projects in Sweden. Ingemar holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Lunds Tekniska Högskola and a Black Belt in Value Based Six Sigma from ITT Industries.
