Lamia Amine is an accomplished engineering quality manager with a robust background in quality assurance and process improvement. Currently, Lamia leads quality assurance of engineering deliverables at Alstom, focusing on driving right-first-time engineering and process excellence. Previously, Lamia served as the Group Integrated Management System Lead and QMS Manager at Northvolt, providing critical support for procedure standardization and managing audit programs.
