Lara Borgo

Lara Borgo is currently the Talent Management Director for Italy and Switzerland at Alstom, a position held since 2017. Previously, they gained experience in various roles, including Management Development and Site HR Manager at SGL Group, as well as Training and Development Specialist at Ospedale San Raffaele. Lara also served as Training and Development Manager and Human Resources Director at Alstom Transport from 2004 to 2008. They hold a master's degree in Counseling from Berne Counseling, completed in 2018, and are pursuing a diploma in classical studies at Liceo Ginnasio B. Zucchi.
