Luis Cuellar

Luis Cuellar is an EMC engineer with a diverse background in electrical and electronic engineering. They have held positions at companies such as Alstom, where they worked on CEM validation and testing, and Akka Technologies, focusing on functional structure descriptions of electrical architecture. Cuellar has also worked at AVNIR Environment, implementing EMC tests in an anechoic chamber, and began their career as an electromechanical technician at Rio Austral, SAC. They hold a Master’s degree in system design from Université Grenoble Alpes and a Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cusco.
