Mathilde Vinchon Capelle is a professional focused on continuous improvement and project management. With experience in various roles, Mathilde has driven operational excellence at Alstom since 2021, overseeing Lean projects and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Previously, Mathilde held positions at SNCF and Fret SNCF, contributing to quality production and organizational performance as a Black Belt in Lean management. Mathilde has also worked as a consultant, helping organizations optimize their processes. They hold a degree in engineering from Icam and have completed advanced training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
