Niket Kumar

Niket Kumar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Plant Head HR at Alstom since May 2022, alongside the role of Site HR Manager. Prior to this, Niket held the position of Employee Relations Manager at The Timken Company from July 2019 to May 2022 and served as Executive Manager Human Resources at Cummins India from March 2018 to July 2019.
