Ofer Klein

Ofer Klein is an experienced telecommunications project manager currently working at Alstom since January 2025. Prior to this role, Ofer served as the Migration COMs & TPS Site Manager at CAF from August 2021 to December 2024, focusing on communication installations and traffic management for the Red Line light rail in Jerusalem. Ofer's earlier experience includes serving as a Program Manager at Mobile Tornado from January 2017 to 2021, where project implementations were managed for diverse global customers, and as a CTI & Recording Solutions Specialist and Pre-Sale at Tadiran Telecom from September 2009 to December 2016. Ofer also held positions at PRO-SERV, managing a support team, and at NICE Systems, where customer relations and project management were key responsibilities. Ofer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Holon Institute of Technology and is a Practical Engineer in Electrical and Power Transmission from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
