Pat Borrelli

Pat Borrelli is a Light Rail Infrastructure expert currently serving as the General Manager for ECLRT Rail at Alstom since 2020. In this role, Pat builds teams and operational processes for the maintenance and rehabilitation of the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit line while collaborating with core stakeholders. Prior to this, Pat worked for the Toronto Transit Commission from 1988 to 2018, where they held progressive positions, culminating as the Head of Streetcar Maintenance, overseeing maintenance and rehabilitation for streetcar rail infrastructure and managing a budget of over $100 million.
