Sam Chang is currently a System Integration Manager at KAC and has served as a System Engineering Manager at Alstom since 2019. Prior to this role, Sam worked as a Deputy Technical Manager and System Integration Manager on the Taichung Green Line Core E&M/AFC project from 2012 to 2019. Sam earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Tamkang University, completing their degree in 1989.
