Serge Munchenbach

Serge Munchenbach is the Director of Project Performance at Alstom, overseeing a vast portfolio of projects across Europe. They have been with Alstom since 2004, where they held various leadership roles, including Director of the Project Management Office and Tender Control Director, managing significant budgets and facilitating major integrations. Prior to this, Serge worked at Framatome Connectors International Automotive as a Financial Controller and held multiple positions at Honeywell Aerospace, including Project Director. Serge earned an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
