Simona Cupa is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development at Alstom since March 2022. Prior to this role, Simona worked at Tenaris as a Human Resources Senior Specialist, where responsibilities included designing and monitoring international training programs and promoting a learning culture through microlearning tools. Simona's earlier experience includes managing processes at Asociatia pentru Relatii Comunitare, focusing on public relations, project management, and workshops in the philanthropy sector, as well as serving as an Operational/HR Manager at The Little People Romania, overseeing HR operations and organizing events for cancer survivors. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Project Management & European Affairs and a Licentiate degree in International Relations and European Studies.
