Stella Chen

Stella Chen is the Head of HR Thailand at Alstom, where they leverage their extensive background in HR business partnering, talent development, people analytics, and recruiting to drive organizational change. Previously, Stella held various HR roles within Alstom, including HR Business Partner for Signaling & Infra in Australia and New Zealand, as well as Country HR Manager for Taiwan and Korea. Their career also includes experience as a Senior Recruiter and Consultant at Manpower Taiwan and Corning Incorporated, specializing in executive search and talent acquisition. Stella earned a Master’s degree in Communication from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from National Chengchi University.
