Stephen Brooks

Stephen Brooks is the Deputy Chief Engineer NGT at Alstom, where they are currently involved in the design and delivery support of Melbourne’s Next Generation Tram. With a career starting in 1995, Stephen has extensive experience in both Automotive and Rollingstock Engineering, having worked in various roles across Europe, Great Britain, and India. They completed a Graduate Certificate in Rollingstock Engineering at the University of Wollongong and hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University. Over the years, Stephen has developed strong skills in design management and project management, focusing on innovative solutions that enhance user experience while meeting budget constraints.
