Stephen McNabb is currently the XR Training & Simulation Solution Director at Alstom, where they develop the Digital Training portfolio, including Driving Simulators and VR/AR solutions. Beginning their tenure at Alstom in 2012, they have held various leadership roles, focusing on customer satisfaction and business growth across multiple regions. Previously, they worked at Iralco as a Senior Quality Engineer and at Prodieco Pharmaceutical Components as a Quality Manager, where they implemented ISO9001 certification. Stephen studied at Athlone Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1995.
