Sylvia Lim

Sylvia Lim currently serves as the Country HR Head for Malaysia at Alstom, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Sylvia held the role of Group Human Resources Director/Manager at FDV from January 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing talent across 16 portfolio companies in LATAM, MENA, and Asia, and partnering with local HR teams to enhance employee experiences. From November 2011 to January 2021, Sylvia worked at REA Group Asia as the Group Human Resources Manager, focusing on People Operations and HR business partnering for the Thailand team. Sylvia's earlier experience includes roles at Accenture as a Senior Analyst in Human Resources and at NOL as an Analyst in Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed payroll management and recruitment support. Sylvia Lim holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, completed between 2003 and 2005.
