Thomas Rendler

Thomas Rendler is currently the Site General Manager at Alstom in Kassel, overseeing more than 650 employees and ensuring optimal performance in quality, time, and cost. Previously, Thomas served as the Head of Lean for Region CEC at Bombardier Transportation, where they directed a team of Lean Experts across multiple sites and developed a Lean Management Strategy. Thomas's earlier roles include positions in continuous improvement and project management at MTU, as well as military service in the Bundeswehr. They hold a Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur in Production and Logistics from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, along with certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and KAIZEN Expert.
