Veronica Simon

Veronica Simon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and operations management. At VIA Rail Canada, from November 2019 to May 2025, Veronica served as a Senior Service Attendant, Health and Safety Co-chair, and Station In-Charge, overseeing station operations at Union Station. Prior roles include Communication Operator, providing a critical liaison between on-board and station staff. Currently, since May 2025, Veronica works as a Customer Service Ambassador at Alstom. Previous positions include Lifeguard and Swim Instructor for the Town of Richmond Hill, Crew Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Teacher Assistant at Toronto French School, and Early Childhood Educator at Joseph & Wolf Lebovic Jewish Community Campus. Veronica completed courses in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Seneca College from 2016 to 2018.
