Weinian Tan is currently a WCE Senior Expert in DIS at Alstom, where they have served since 2021, including as Project Director for the HKIA TRC APM. Prior to this, Weinian held various engineering and project management roles at Bombardier Transportation from 2001 to 2003 and ADtranz from 1997 to 2001, where they focused on systems engineering. Weinian also earned a Certificate in Management of Technology Organization from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business in 2006.
