David Keating

David Keating is a Partner and co-leader of the Privacy, Cyber & Data Strategy Practice at Alston & Bird LLP, where they focus on technology and data-related legal matters. With over twenty years of experience, David advises clients on privacy, security, and data lifecycle issues, including compliance strategies and emerging technologies. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law, they teach Information Privacy and Security Law. David's education includes a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
