Alstra Energy is one of Sweden’s leading players in large-scale solar power and energy storage. The company was formed through the merger of EnergiEngagemang and Solkompaniet in autumn 2025. We develop, build, and manage ground-mounted and rooftop solar parks for landowners, property owners, and companies seeking to increase returns on their investments while contributing to the sustainable energy transition. With more than 20 years of experience and over one thousand delivered solar projects, we are a trusted partner to our customers.

The Axel Johnson Group is the majority owner of the company through AxSol, which consolidates Axel Johnson’s investments in solar and distributed energy.
