Avinash Rao

Avinash Rao is the founder of Alt Realtech Pvt Ltd, described as India’s first multi-service Alternate Real Estate Manager that dematerializes ownership and manages asset operations, beginning with plotted land assets and expanding to senior living, student housing, co-living, and other categories through a blockchain-based tokenization platform. With over two decades of experience in telecommunications and real estate, Rao held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President & Business Head at Puravankara Limited, and President – Sales, Marketing & CRM at Provident Housing Ltd, as well as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at TVS Emerald. Rao previously worked with Reliance Infocomm Ltd, Tata Teleservices Ltd, Knight Frank, and GETIT Yellow Pages, leading initiatives in enterprise sales, strategic alliances, and regional growth. Rao earned an MBA in Marketing from Vijayanagara Institute of Management Studies and a B.Com in Taxation and Accounting from Veerashaiva College, Bellary, Gulbarga University. Currently, Rao leads Alt Realtech in its mission to enable fractional ownership and asset management of real estate through technology.
