Grant Needham is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Global Manufacturing Excellence Manager/Engineer at ALTA Performance Materials since April 2025, Needham previously held similar roles at INEOS from September 2019 to April 2025, where responsibilities included managing the INEOS Composites manufacturing facility in Commerce, CA. Needham’s extensive experience also includes key positions at Ashland from August 1998 to August 2019, encompassing roles as Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Technical Manager. Earlier in the career, Needham worked at GWIL Industries, Inc. as Technical Group Leader and Development Engineer.
