AltaAI began with a simple realization.

After years of designing, building, and operating physical infrastructure—data centres, fibre networks, and the systems around them—it became clear that many challenges aren’t technical. They’re systemic.

Projects that should move quickly stretch into months.
Designs drift from reality once they reach the field.
Decisions get locked into spreadsheets long before conditions are fully understood.

AltaAI exists to change that.

We are an AI company focused on helping teams design, orchestrate, and deploy real-world infrastructure with greater clarity, speed, and confidence.

Data Centres
Modern data centres don’t fail because of hardware—they fail because systems aren’t orchestrated. AltaAI uses AI to treat distributed data centres as a single intelligent system or dynamic clusters, enabling better resilience, capacity planning, and continuity during downtime.

Fibre Infrastructure
Fibre networks are unforgiving. Small mistakes create long delays. AltaAI brings discipline back to fibre design by automatically building address databases, absorbing messy legacy network data, recommending aerial vs underground vs submarine routes using AI, and generating network-aware, AI-audited splice plans. What once took months can now be done in hours.

How teams work with AltaAI
Teams can design fully with AI, work with AI as an expert assistant, or stay fully manual—choosing the level of automation that suits them best. AltaAI provisions designs as requested, or suggests better approaches based on deep engineering understanding.

We believe infrastructure teams deserve better tools.
We believe intelligence should be built in early and stay for the life of the system.
And we believe AI should empower people—not replace them.

AltaAI is built by people who’ve lived these challenges, and are committed to fixing them.
