Jennifer Sharp

Jennifer Sharp, MEd., is an accomplished professional in the field of education and employee development with extensive experience managing academic affairs and training programs. Currently serving as Manager II - Learning and Development at altafiber since May 2017, Jennifer oversees employee training and leadership initiatives. Previously, as Dean of Academic Affairs at Brown Mackie College, Jennifer successfully managed a diverse team, improved student retention, and led accreditation efforts. At Westwood College, Jennifer held multiple roles including Academic Dean and Department Chair, where contributions to strategic planning and program improvements resulted in significant enhancements in student success and retention rates. Jennifer holds a Master of Education from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the Illinois Institute of Art.
